Troop training order rearranged

Just like building construction can be reprioritised by up/down arrow0 how about the same for troop training in the barracks.

You're not the first to suggest this, and I'm sure you won't be the last... Along with something similar in the Provision House, this is part of a long list of player requests that has been consistently ignored for longer than I have been playing the game.
