I met the requirements to complete "The Militia" quest but the quest still stays as not completed.

How long does it take until you get a reply from the customer service in this game?

I met the requirements to complete "The Militia" quest but the quest still stays as not completed.

The requirements state:


Defeat an enemy camp with 50 or more Militia.

Was the enemy camp that you defeated, located on your home island?
While the requirements don't state the camp has to be a camp on your home island, I'm pretty sure that are the only camps that count.



How long does it take until you get a reply from the customer service in this game?

It depends on how many tickets they are handling at the moment. You should at least have gotten an automatic reply by e-mail on the account you used to register your account.
