My hardwood dissaperead (over 40.000 hardwood planks missing)

Hi, I just saw that my hardwood planks are missing, how is this possible, yesterday I had over 40.000 ::hardwoodplanks:: !!

I`m confused also one time I lost GOLD COINS aswell, they also suddenly dissaperead, that happened a month ago or 2 months ago, I can`t remmember right now , cause I`m confused ...

Please make sure that you contact support with as much information as possible including screenshots if you have available. This is the best way to resolve these types of issues.
