Buffs to un-buff the buffs

don't know has this been proposed before but again I face situation when I would really like/want to un-buff the buff I applied, hence this suggestion.

Its there on the test server, as something you can buy from present to upgrade the rarity provision house with. So you can hope it will stay for live server
