Combat Academy makes 3 units

Well, it's exactly like that. Instead of 7 types of the new units I have only the 'Attacking' 3 ones. This makes the quest 'New troops' impossible as it requires to train 50 Heavy Infantry.

There are 3 tabs at the bottom of the pop up, attacking, heavy and elite, I think you must do the quest chain to unlock them if they are not there?
