Northisle: Server Zone Crashed - An error was detected on this zone

Well, I tried moving a Fisherman hut (lv5) all across the island.
When the move completed, I got a zone crash and now I always receive the above message when trying to login. :confused:

Yes, I get the same message about "Server zone crash" and I have tried lots of time but it fails to log me in.

Same error message as OP. I also moved a watermill the last time I was playing, no zone crash resulted of it though.

The thing is, I have not been online all day. I moved a recycling plant around yesterday evening before 10pm and that was it. So I should not be impacted.

I have also switched browsers around and still get the same message.

omg BB have messed up again its simple. Regardless of your stance on PVP... NO excuse for terrible coding & endless bugs no matter which version we enjoyed, the game has fallen into more of the 'same problems' over & over.

I even told girlfriend to try, she's 100km away from me atm, same error..so its definately not problem at our side.
We did something that triggered this error. I havent moved any building today.

just shows they dont give a hoot, they cant be bothered to fix bugs, they keep loading the game with more and more of half baked ideas that dont run properly, one thing though. How do they keep their jobs ??? if i did my job this badly i would be sacked !!!

I get this error when I try to visit my adventure island.

I monitored the network traffic and it seems my working home island is on w02g03.thesettlersonline.com but the crashed adventure is on w02g02.thesettlersonline.com so it could be that all maps that are running on that server is getting that crash

This is really annoying with all this crashed zone.
i think BB must give every player (who have crashed zone) some compensations, because always is BB mistake not player (devs not fix reported bugs)

i think BB always must to send player with crashed zone 1000 gems + 3 day premium.

player lose a lot resources when they can't login in game 1 day

BB must give good compensation

I have reported the error to our technicians.
A script should also run at 2 AM that might help with these errors.

I sent troops to an adventure then tried to visit and got "An error was detected on this zone. Please try again" when I do it re-logs the game. I have not moved any buildings and have cleared the cache and checked the registry all to no avail. By the number of people on help chat with the same problem it is clearly a BB problem.

UPDATE: One of the game servers is being shut down for investigation while the current Server Zone crashed issue is being investigated.
Some players will be disconnected as a result.

Also got "Server Zone crashed", tried all the usual stuff, clearing cache, trying another browser etc... even a computer that's never experienced Settlers before, but can't get through. Guess server's in a right state.
Did have interweb go down for about an hour last night while I was on there, but it let me back in afterwards, so don't think that affected it.

The fact that bb devs chose to push this last update despite the many crashes of this type encountered on the test server is simply an outrage... I got this error on the test server a dozen times myself but that is not a problem, it is a test site but to be locked out on live... Simply unacceptable. How can we trust a company that handles things in such a way? Shame, shame I say...

When i had this a few months back , your support told me this bug did not exist and could not effect any player, and as a precaution there is a fix that triggered at 2am, so why would you need a precautionary fix for something that did'nt exist ? i cannot believe BB has been aware of this fault for over 15 months and still have not fixed it,

NB, just noticed that BB are looking for programmers, well i have zero experience, no idea how to do it, so i think i might fit in nicely, any chance ???
