Missing tools quest, no space

Noob Question

I have got only 7 tools left. Am going through the quest Missing Tools.
Bought the tools.
They are in my Star menu.
I hit them and put them on the mayors house, but storage to full. Maxed pinewood planks.

Tells me to upgrade but I don't have hardwood or Marble level.

What do I doooooo plleeeaaaassssseeeeeeee lol.

The storage limit applies to each type of product separately, so having reached the limit on pinewood planks should not prevent you from adding tools. Are you sure you chose the tools to add to the mayor's house?

If you can't upgrade, you could always build another storehouse (licenses permitting) - but you really should not need to.

Yes, it is tools that I am trying to add to warehouse.
Anything I try to add at the moment it comes up with same message.

I have partially resolved this by demoliting buildings until I had enough tools to make a new storage facilty.
