Dismissing troops and Marshalls

So I've decided not to do pvp, because its not worth the effort...

I got rid of the two buildings for something more useful...

I've now got 3 marshalls cluttering my island and troops taking up settler space, anyway of getting rid?

nope. well you'll have to go and attack something with the troops until dead and send all the marshals away, then block landing spaces with buildings/decos /other generals..
