Hello every one, I start adventure"Getting into the Christmas Spirit" before the task "Your first gift delivery!", the task request to start the adventure, and I have no more the adventure to complete the task, pls help~~~~:(

Here's a little summary on what has been discussed in this thread.
Beware that there are two quests, that are problematic.
The quest were you are asked to start "Getting into the Christmas Spirit" adventure
Fortunately it seems that this one can be solved by started a random adventure like Outlaws, Witch of the Swamp or even the Training Expedition
The quest were you are asked to complete "Getting into the christmas spirit" adventure
Not sure if there is a solution, but my guess is you'll be able to complete this quest when you arrive at the next red door in about 2 days
I'm not in the game at present but have you tried looking in the shop to see if you can buy another? Try logging an email to support as not sure anyone in game will be able to help you.

I ran into the same problem. I play from work and can't pay too much attention to the game so I started the adventure before doing the quest chain.
Now as kmaxfml said I can't complete the quest. I checked the market but this adventure can't be bought there. Let's see if anyone have any ideas or I have to contact support.
The quest says "start ANY adventure of the series Getting into C. spirit" so that being said, I believe the quest will finnish it self as soon as you start any other one that you will get from red windows. But not sure will that mess up any quest later.
I don't think military adventures bought for gems will work but you can try if you wish
I bought the Training Island expedition from the Merchant and for some reason that got me that Christmas quest completed (Didn't even have to start the expedition - don't think I could anyway).

I got the same problem or near........I recieved a quest - "start the event adventure"
I start it........Then I make it....during that time I have recieved quest to produce some unusefull staff (unusefull for that adventure)
I finished my first adventure, collected the price, than I finished the other quest to produce one gift and some other bla-bla...Only then i recieved new quest to finish my first adventure.............?!?!?!? So - how this will work now?

I started an Outlaws and it triggered that quest...

wait a couple days you'll get another adv from the calendar..

You wouldn't have an issue if you didn't do things before you supposed to.
The complication could have been little easier to avoid though; like puting that adventure to gain from quest chain and not from calendar....

I start same adventure and now i can play game... dont load home page and no load "island" page... and i cant sen message to support and help. what i can do now?

you aren't screwed you just need to wait.
I've done this quest by starting The island of the pirates.

why you must 1st day complete quest?

I agree, thats why I said the second sentence. But as the event started quest started blinking and that one was there from the beginning.
I mean as a waiting quest...
because most of the game would of started the map before the quest asked for it... as no one knew you would need to do it for part of the quest line ppl are going to be screwed not because of staring it but further in the quest it asks you to complete that map if you have already completed it the quest wont trigger ..now none of the other xmas maps will work as its named specfic so BB do need to sort this out

i had the same problem, and i did waited till i supposed to start according to the quest, finished it and still have it open in my quest book.
Now i can't finish "Finish the gift delivery" quest.
So got stuck on the first day of the event already :(
And sure, i can wait a couple of days for the new adv from the calendar, but it won't give me the reward for this one which would be like 100 presents, right?
people are saying start a new adventure to fix the issue that only seems to fix the issue where the quest line asks you to start the adventure further into the quest you are asked to finish the adventure "getting into the christmas spirit" if you have already completed the adventure you cant fulfill this part of the quest line and it doesnt matter what other adventure you complete it isnt fixing the issue
Theres a difference in "start any" and complete "getting into the xmas spirit"
The second will appear later in the quest chain. I dont think theres any solution for this bug yet.
buying the Training Island expedition worked for me as well. Had to start the adventure.

Same problem here. I am new and only level 20 after a week, so I can't even buy that Training Island expedition yet. Any help please.
i did this also,started the adventure before i got the quest,so i finished the adventure and no luck with quest popping,so just now i bought training day and way-hey!! the jobs a good one:)

any official word please as to when this is to be resolved? I actually had assumed I was waiting for the next adventure to arrive via the calendar, but even after having followed the quest chain in the order it arrived, its still bugged
UPDATE: support ticket states still working on it, so at least we know they know... was actually a very fast response

I have started the adv but it says that i still has to finish it bud i did so its still there
I just tag a long, since I can't do it either. i did adventure the first day without having the quest.

How can we buy a random adventure and start it when we are level 21? Training asks for 30, another asks for lev 26. I spent resources to finish Christmas Spirit adventure, and I am stuck since it still does not notice that I finished it.

RE recuring chrimbo quest :All the Christmas adventures will fulfill the quest requirements. There are different versions of the adventure but they are all the same name

The adventure from the 14th Dec window unlocks the quest problem, just did it.
Never got the " getting into the Christmas spirit " quest. Had some hope that it would kick in when I started the adventure, but sadly not. So now I've started and finished the adventure, without getting any reward for completing the quests. I certainly hope that I'll get the remainder of christmas quests.

i had a quest in the evildoer quest chain to 'complete 1 experience adventure', i completed the Dark Priests and Stealing from the rich and the quest did not complete, now i am stuck and cannot continue!
Nords counts for the 'complete 1 experience adventure'.

Thanks for your reply, but the dark priests and Stealing from the rich are no longer experience adventures?
If they wanted the nords to be completed it should say so
dark priests is now classified as mini adv (don't know why) as shown by the magnifying glass, and stealing from the rich is now a resource adv, shown by the basket symbol. If you need an experience adv, do one with a star symbol.

Thanks for your post, i clicked on each adventure and checked the type within the adventure both said experience - this is all getting very confusing!

If you have a problem contact support, get a message saying that they know about it, wait a week without anything happening, decide that support couldn't give a flying you-know-what...
till now and i cant finish the second task getting into the christmas spirit and now am stuck i cant do the other tasks.what is the solution
