BUG: Adventure invite never arrived to recipient so it can't expire

Tonight, about 10 hours ago (between 1am and 2am CET) I have sent an invite to my guild mate to accept in the morning so I can finnish adventure when I log in.
She never got the invite and it can not expire, leaving me with locked lootspot on costly fary tale adventure that I can't finnish now unless I want to lose 1 lootspot on it.

Tried revisiting island, tried clearing catche tried loging in and out....

Tried it .... doesn't do anything. there is no invite sigh.

:( last thing I can think of is for both of you to flush DNS and hope it shifts it

Tried it, now she confiremed she tried aswel. Nothing changes

There's funny things - yesterday, the adventure was ended at a time when it shouldn't have - and I didn't receive loot.
Adventure owner fared worse: all troops that were not loaded on generals were lost & didn't return to the home island.

6 hours later and 18 hours since the invite was sent everything is the same including complete silence from anyone here or through support ticket.

This happened to a guild mate of mine who had slaughtered his way through A CLT - he was told by "support" that it was a known bug that happens when you invite someone who is offline at the time of invite. Not much consolation, but you'll know for next time. Currently there is no fix or workaround that I know of.

Funny it was also CLT in this case...good ole support. Didn't expect anyting less from them.
