View Full Version : Nords adventure does not end
I just completed the Nords adventure.
I got the quest completed message, but after I checked the quest completed box the return home box did not show up.
I returned home and could see in the star menu that the generals were coming back.
The adventure box being still present I tried to get back to it, but then I get an error has occured mesage.
I tried to cancel the adventure but then again I Get an error message.
I am now stuck with this adventure and can not start another one.
I also did not get the experience points and the rewards.
I sent a contact form to support. Has anybody seen this before and has a solution?
I am still stuck with the Nords adventure. I can not cancel it (get an message saying error in this zone) and therefore can not start another adventure.
Does anybody have an idea of how to get rid of it?
sounds like a zone lock, these can clear after the 2am GMT reset that starts the day. You can contact support, but might be quicker to see if it clears by itself.
I have the same problem about an hour ago - wasting premium time - and locking in my guild member friend also on Premium

This has happened to me on Sunday, 3 days ago!
I have contacted Support but they haven't lived up to their name. Does anyone know what happens next please?

I waited for 2am script, then I think i was able to cancel the adv. I received the XP but not the loot, if I remember right. Then after submitting a mail to support, I got the loot, but they said they never sent it, it was a lag affect and it sent itself! But then I had replies from 2 different guys in support, so one may have sent it without the other knowing...
How odd.
I've played The Nords several times and never seen anything like this, or on any other adventure. I'd be curious what causes it if it does show up for me someday.

its a known bug and meant to be fixed in the next maintenance :)

Thank you for replying. I can cancel the adventure now though I am not sure what to do for the best. I have a 7 day Premium that I started on Saturday and I have been waiting for the Support Team to advise me. Though all they have done is ask for the name of the other player. No instructions, no sorry, no what to do next.
Is your advice to cancel it then and see what happens?

yes cancel it and get the xp+prem xp. then wait for the loot, support did give me the prem loot :)

Thank you very much for your time and advice. :) I have just cancelled it and yeah the xp and prem xp have come through. I have now replied to the support! team again as well.

24 hours and still not received any loot or reply email.
I have now received the loot. 5 days after the initial server error and with exceptionally little help from the technicians that operate under the umbrella title of 'In-game support'.
I don't have a problem with glitches, bugs and other apparent anomalies that happen within such a vast landscape as the internet now is. What I do have a problem with is people that assume that other people have a birds eye view of their little corner of it.
"It is literally not possible for Support to end the adventures affected by this issue. The only option is for the player to cancel the adventure." If this advice was given openly on Tuesday when I was initially replied to by them, then I wouldn't be writing this now.. :)
