I have noticed that if i leave my home island, either to a friends island, or to an adv, when i return to mine, i have lost the special 10% faster time on my barracks production. The star has gone from the graphics, and the time is back to the old time. If i refresh the game, the stars reappear and the time reverts to the new time. This is not a new problem, previous special weeks have had the same issue of the special offer disappearing after leaving home island.

and i did check, the time is changed, not just the graphics, even the previous set troops, which still have the star when i return have had the time changed back to the old time.
