So far there wasn't any pop-up so I can vote nor on the web page nor in the game. I'm doing something wrong or?
Loads of people have complained that they cannot vote. I haven't received the popup either even though I've logged in every day. I'm sure the highly-paid programmers of the website must be working on it j/k!
This always happens, wish people would check the settings on their popup blockers.
It's a good job I check my settings on my popup blockers - so I never have problems with other sites except this one.

I never had problems in previous votings, just to say
Chiming in... i did not get a popup either, and i don't think it's the popup blocker messing up...
I turned off my popup blockers and adblocks, even. Didn't get a popup, even though I tried on multiple browsers. I remember last time there was a trick to it but seeing the offers, I couldn't be bothered to find it (and see if it would have even worked) as I don't think those who got to vote could have messed up this one.
The voting closed Sunday and the results should be in this week (January 26th - February 1st) as per the original thread (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/30125-Guild-Market-Sixth-Community-Vote?p=273248&viewfull=1#post273248).

except it wasn't a popup but a modal window. i voted no problem.

I think the issue wasn't whether it was a popup or a modal window really, but (as I am inferring your point is) that the method chosen wasn't suitable for all users. It is a shame that players were unable to vote before voting closed - despite letting support know well in time that they had not been able to access the voting page. I have spoken to players from a number of servers who were unable to vote, but as I am assuming BB will not allow those players who were denied a voice another opportunity, we can only keep our fingers crossed that the proportion of votes for each item will be the same, despite the lower numbers.
