Flour mills producing water.......

One of our guild has an issue with flour mills actually making water!!! Last night only one was doing it:

But today all are doing it:

The one with zero is upgrading. To add to the fun, 4 of them are producing both flour and water, this is his flour output:

Anyone else got similar??
