Does WT still drop from DB adv?

There is mixed feedback on this question across the servers etc, so Im wondering if anyone can confirm or deny that WTs still drop for Dark Brotherhood since 25.11.2014 changes?

Not sure many are playing DB anymore, awful loot on offer for the losses sustained. The WT drop on that adv was terrible b4 the changes so God knows what its like now.

The 25.11.2014 changes on building drops/ follow on adv percentage will probably never be known but its been drastically reduced that's 4 sure!

i've had 4 witch towers from Roaring Bull Adv since changes, from about 30 goes, seems better percentage, better loot vs losses.

never from RB however
