First of all If you want to play expeditions.
You need some preperations.

1 You have to buy 4 marshalls.
2 You have to have at least 4 expedition medipacks ( 25 recommended for general)
3 You have to have 1 expedition supplier its on ( merchant expedition tab)
4 You need 60 or 100 of each heavy units
5 You need 200 or 300 of each light units.

I can't find Small rich Tier3 Colony +210 Hardwood plank. Only tier 1??

This 'guide' uses a Tier 3 colony as an example, but all beginners start with Tier 1, by the time you can do tier 3, you aren't a beginner anymore. So not very helpful.
