scouts upgrades not working

Just noticed all my scouts have lost sturdy shovel and time reducing upgrades since maintenance . Anyone else having these problems?

The Skill "Sturdy Shovel" works now as intended when Stripy Eggs were found by an Explorer

Should be sorted today.
