Stuck on "Loading Map" screen

Hello,

I have been trying to enter the game, but I'm still ending on endless "Loading Map" screen.
What I noticed is, that instead of the "Easter Event" loading screen (picture), I see the "normal" one, maybe that's somehow related.

after I tried several steps mentioned in the post, I did a ping test on www.thesettlersonline.com
As half of the packets were lost, it seems to be a problem with ISP or similar. I will contact support in the case problem persists.
