Master of Martial Arts

Attacked bandit camp on Sons of the Veld with a pair of Master of Martial Arts generals each with one recruit.
After the first attack and loss (expected)
The 100 Guard Dogs die, and the log shows some Rangers were defeated, but do not see their troop losses displayed

When I then attached with the second general, this is what I faced

The Ranger recovers all the units after the first attack, or the battle log is misleading

The mma does either 450 or 500 damage, 100 guard dogs have 500 hit points, the reason the rangers recovered is because there was no damage dealt to them, this visual mismatch has been in game as long as the mma has been in it.

Thank you - noticed it does this all the time.
Will not worry as long as overall It makes the 450-500 damage I expect
