more messed up colonies

I won a colony today and got the mail.
I may not set up defences or accept it, it is already ''mine'' with a day to go.

Colony still active, no marshals, no transporter, cant go in adv or pvp.

One gives kids toys respecting age recommendations OR they will break them.
I suggest a similar approach when recruiting.

Do you have an active loot spot? If so, you will need to wait until that finishes before you can build defences and claim the colony. I encountered that problem during the Easter event, but I was reliably informed that it has been around since Colony Mode was introduced.
