Almost everyone is part of a guild. Yes you meet new people, they help you and you help them but the role of the guild could be so much bigger. Guild quest is helpful but it really doesn't make you feel as part of the "team". Thats why I suggest something different:
1. Adding guild based colony capture that gives various types of recources to the members who were part of its capture (lvl based or switchabe).
2. Making co-op adventures more guild based with different bonuses like guild coins (or some kind of ressourses needed for guild upgrades).
3. Making guild island (not just 1 building owned by the guild admin) with buildings that have many purposes (guild bank, guild armory, guild shop, guild house, guild hall, etc.)
4. Adding guild achievements.

I don't think that my suggestions are impossible. Thank you for checking them. ;)

Very nice idea.

What about making a quest lin that guides new players to join a guild. I am sure amny more who stick to the game if they were in a nice guild early on in the game.

not all players want to join a guild, and tbh I would rather people joined our guild because the actively wanted to rather than for any other reason.

Well not all players want to do the expeditions, but it is still there, and the quests are still there. I do know many would like to join a guild if they knew more. Your guild might be right for you, but others might like a different one. This is not to have anyone join a specific one - but to make them look where they can find one that suits them.
