Game not loading

After trying to login to The Settlers Online that I only started playing yesterday because of playing games like [removed], I like this game and was very disappointed when I couldnt login. I did all the usual attempts to fix the problem but I am still getting a blank white page everytime I click the "Play Now" Button. Just a blank white page with absolutely nothing on it.

Im having problems loading the game its stuck on the loading screen is it my laptop or is everyone having the same problem ?

I think BB is still asking for feedback on what ISP you are using. There seems to be problems with certain ones and they are trying to figure out why. Post what ISP you use - it may help them.
