Yet another bugged Limited Offer

I have switched browser, clearing caches in both, as well as clearing my Flash cache and still the Limited Offers section is not showing in the Merchant:

Hi, i didnt have the Offers either this morning but logged off this afternoon and now back in i have them. Hope it happens for you too.

Indeed... It's working for me now, without me making any further change apart from logging off for a while. Although, I already got the mines I wanted from trading, so I guess I'll be saving the gems for something else now.
