daily quest collapsed mines

hi found a copper mine to do quest shows in geen ticked but cant end quest as no tick at bottem of page prntscr.com/7qo2up is this a bug as a friend had the same thing:confused:

This can be a frequent issue with quests that ask for x amount of a certain building. I find that building just one more than is asked for triggers the quest to complete properly.
