I just updated my computer with Windows 10, and while so far other things seem to be working properly, I have lost all the sound in Settlers. It isn't my volume or speakers as I have already checked them, plus sound is working in other games and areas. I know Windows 10 was just released, but any ideas that a computer dummy can implement would be appreciated.
Thanks

Have you checked the sound settings under the avatar.

I had a similar issue under Windows 7 some time ago. Increasing the Flash storage solved the issue.

I don't see any reason why that should not be the same under Windows 10 as it is a browser based game

OK, apologies and learning experience for others maybe. First, the sound problem wasn't just settlers, it was my whole system. After much inept fumbling, I finally and accidentally found the control panel. From there I pulled up sound devices. Windows 10 installed a new audio program on my system, and that wasn't working. But there was an option to change the setting from their audio system to external speakers which is what I have. Once I did that I had my sound back on everything so I can once again hear the birds chirping in settlers. :)
Thank you to those of you who tried to help, and again my apologies to settlers and to Ubisoft.
