Downtime for fix during the evening

I post here to emphasize I'm not happy with the chosen time for a quick fix at 19.30 in the evening. This is prima time for the playing settlers, most of us who do not play much during the day due to work. The game has been working fine so far, so I cannot imagine what would be so important to do the fix now, instead of in the night or morning.

The extended premium and adventure time will extend into my sleep, so this is really no help at all.

Please, in the future, take care to use another timeslot than this one. Thanks :mad:

Well then this topic is a great place to explain such an emergency.

Extending prem time 4 hours into my sleep or two hours, I'm still sleeping....

Well, i had an babyboom running on my island. Every three seconds a nice new guy showed up at the doorstep of my Mayors house telling me "I want to live here". Needlessly to say, they became recruits overnight.. :)

i a not happy either of this downtime. antasil is right. most players are home now from work and cant do anything now. if it really takes an hour its ok, but mostly it takes longer the downtimes

I'm a bit curious right now... What items need to be fixed during prime time playing time of most players? Is there any reason =outside working hours for developers and system/network administrators= to perform this action few hours after normal maintenance hours and right in the middle of prime time playing hours?

The bottom line here is they want us in game using gems so that we buy more. That they have taken this step indicates the fix over rides the need to pocket our cash.

Not all of us live in the same time zone. I'm sure they had no choice (or else listen to us cry even louder over whatever was wrong) and there is no way you can have any outage in a world-wide game without affecting someone.
