stuck at level 9

Hello. I can't complete the quest "Further Help" (sub-quest of system functions) since the quest is locked ( it says level 9 requiered but I Am level 9!)

Cant do any other quests so I'm stuck! tried refreshing, other browser, disconnecting, nothing helps.

Any suggestions?

Solution found! someone told me to click the geologist. i just clicked on him several times, worked like a (buged) charm. All credit to [peck] ThambetochenF who

I play sand cove but was board so started another world. Playing away doing the quests I got to level nine complete a quest re-positioning buildings expecting the next quest to be unlocked but no I am stuck, there is a quest that needs to be level 9 to unlock it, I am level 9, yet it remains locked.

What do I do?

All parts of these Quests must be green at the same time, simply pausing everything until one bit goes green won't do it, it's all about balance.
If all parts are green but still stucked - try paus and unpaus a related building.

Hi,

I am also having this issue.

It seems like a common bug for new comers whereby the 'further help' quest won't activate even though the user is already at level 9.

I have tried re-logging in. I have tried clicking on the geologist many times and sending him out on searches.

Are there any other workarounds or any further information as to when this will be fixed?

I too am stuck on lvl 9
I am not getting the sub-quest "Further Help"
I played the game through google chrome and not only did I get the quest, but I got a couple more before it that I didn't get on steam
I tryed the requirements to complete the above quest and still nothing, please help as I'm close to deleating steam once again
