Build Queue after game changes

I was building 3 gold smelters and despite having two further slots unused could not build any more. Those built and now i can only build one item then have to log completely out and back in to build just one other. Having built my one building I can now only build fields and wells which I never have to do :)

Not had this issue, build queue is a little slow to populate but still builds OK.

Experienced the same problem earlier today when trying to build a mine with my remaining 1 unused license. Build menu only showed wells/fields as available. F5 solved the problem for me. :)

Thanks guys. Think I am running the licences too tight. I havent seen it at zero but that is not to say it has not been :)
