Wedding invitation/Panda buff costs

Can anyone explain the disparity in cost of making the cake or cage when made in the provision house as opposed to the rarity provision house? Not a small difference either. I have both sorts but am just intrigued as to why the difference from BB's side.

there are a few things that are cheaper to build in rarity prov iirc, possibly event related I cant remember.

I don´t see any difference on the panda cage. Don't have any wedding at the moment.
