hi, i just bought some gems from merchant, the payment site said transaction declined but my bank said the transaction was authorised. what can i do? i have contacyed support, but i want either my gems or my money back

The same happend to me. But it just took some time, maybe 30 minutes and then I had the gems. :)

Same thing happened to me so I tried again because I thought I have entered wrong card info, but nope. Transaction was authorised so I have payed twice now, so now BB owes me 66k gems.............. :-( Have contacted support but apparently they are not there before monday 11am...... :-(

If you have had the "transaction declined" message, but money has still come out of your account, you could also try contacting the payment processing company. Bottom left of the payment popup screen that appears after you press BUY. (You won't complete any transaction to get there.)

Gonna wait for BB to answer my ticket to see what they have to say about it. Just to avoid things to be mixed up.

Does anyone else have any troubles paying with paypal? It says pay now and when I click that it comes up with review your information and has a continue button but it keeps reloading the same page and not completing the transaction. Maybe i'm missing something.

i did , ty. they said payment was declined by the bank but the payment was pending and the money will be back in my account within 5 working days, stupid or what!!! they got my money but no gems

I bought some, said it would take 20 minutes, but I got the gems in about 5.
Then my wife (same credit card) was declined. Support said to try again later. So I figured the first transaction was still pending.... we waiting about 1/2 an hour, then her transaction worked just fine.

So while it's flaky, it does work. But I wasn't very impressed with the site.

I wanted to buy 2x 200% gems but i couldnt even buy 1...reason 2001 try a diferent payment
Seriosly? Thank you for waisting 2 hours of my life of trying to buy gems and not even support could help me.

I was trying to buy some during this discount and got declined with my credit card and paypal.
So I've gave up.
But than I've got a message from my bank that they did take the money though I'm still waiting for the gems to show up.
Sent the whole thing to support but haven't heard a pip from them yet.
Let's see how this little debacle will turn out :)

Well go my money back but would have preferred the gems from discount.
Seems my money is not good enough for Xsolla's people ;)
