Bug: Achievements -> Buffs -> Brotherhood

I have noticed that the buff-counter stopped working on this Achievement. Have tried it on different friends and still the same. I am applaying the bugs on the proper way... buff - wait for building to glow - buff - wait for building to glow.... and non of the buffs are registered.

Maybe related to the bug with the buff quests.
