Message indicating I'm banned when I change islands

I have been trying to complete some of the achievements associated with the Halloween event by visiting friend islands. On some occasions I can get to their island with no issues, others I get a message indicating that I am banned and to contact support (note I have sent a message to them to that effect). I get returned to the homepage and can log straight back in. Anyone else having this same issue?

It is your friend that is banned not you

Unfortunately it's inconsistent with that advice. As I got to one friend's island did something and then went back to the same friend island and got the message.

It is possible (but unlikely) that they were banned in between your visits, what happens when you try and visit their Island now?

Since bans are not discussed in public, Deeds, please send me a private message and tell me which friend's island you get that error on and I will look into it.
