Was it just me that didn't get any sort of in game warning about Northisle being restarted?

First I knew about it was when my connection to the server was lost and Hammer Man appeared.

I know you need to fix the error with the missing generals urgently BB, but could we not have had the "servers will be shut down shortly for maintenance" message with a short period for us to finish up anything we were in the middle of doing?

I confirm we got no warning of any kind and I also deplore the lack of communication and anticipation.

Edit: I didn't see the messages from the MODs

Doesn't really help those of us that were chatting in our guild tabs for the past little while.

We have had warning messages pop up about irregularly scheduled maintenances before.... so why not this time?

I know it's minor compared to the problem they are trying to fix.. but it is lack of attention to details like this that make a bad situation worse IMO.

4 hours prolongation for premium & adventures? That's a bad joke! The generals vanished all day long, not only for 4 hours.

I posted this in all chats before the hours' maintenance was due to start. If 4 hours premium and adventure extension is insufficient, please send a ticket to support

Not in the channel I was using at the time.

At the time you posted that I was having a conversation in guild chat advising people with missing generals to send support tickets with as much detail as they could remember about what generals and troops had gone missing.

This is why pop-up warnings are a good idea.

but even with regular main we don't get pop-up every time or we get pop-up one minute before main start etc
sometime we get pop-up when is no main.
also some players have problem with chat

will be good every time 15 or 10 min before main get pop-up.

In particular, I find the comment about some players having issues with using chat to be most poignant.

yah now they need do it all again.. still broken
