Is the Gingerbread House even available yet?

It drops from the christmas boxes you can buy with gems from event merchant.

OK, that's good to know. I've not even looked at buying any of those, so didn't even think of that as an option. Someone got lucky :)

I brought quite a few of these Chrismas Surprise Packages, and the droprate for Gingerbread Houses isnt great :)
