Where i can find "the original ticket number" so i can write new ticket?

Thanks for answering, but i cant find it. I checked, like, 10 times and still i cant find it. I must be blind or something :).

It is in the email Header/subject line, not in the mail itself.

I couldnt see it in subject line, so i clicked on 'more' and then view full header. That worked for me. Thanks everyone.
