I didn't hear anything back from BB regarding the Gingerbread house you were supposed to get after opening all windows.

I never got the house and i send a ticket but never got a response on this...

"All Settlers who opened all the Event Calendar doors but did not claim their final reward will automatically receive it on January 19th. The reward will be sent with the event resource conversion, during the maintenance."

An update about the Reward has been posted here (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/32227-FAQ-Christmas-Event-2015?p=294660&viewfull=1#post294660). The reward script is delayed for another week.
