Just got kicked out of game with an error message of "Server Zone crashed" Please try again later, is the my problem or a game problem?

Please make sure this is the exact error you are experiencing, as 2 more similar issues are being reported.

I've not been able to get into the game for over 12 hours

I haven't been able to get into game since my adventure went funny and closed over 24 hours ago. I got a mail then when I refreshed later it said I have a server zone error.

Suddenly got a pop up saying "An error has been detected on this zone. Please try again" and the game "crashed". This was just after 01.00 UK time. I can then click the Play Now button again, and it goes through loading up for a minute, the background goes blue, then I get the pop up again. Can't get the game working at all.
I'm using the slim browser.

I had this happen recently had to contact support to get it cleared.

I have this happening for nearly 48 hours, Support is as good as useless.. Telling me it has been cleared, 15 mins later, zone crash, back to nothing

#ive had an email from support telling me the zone was locked and they've removed the lock .... and it's still happening ... i've replied to their email but still can't get into the game ...

An update (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/21689-Maintenance?p=295751&viewfull=1#post295751) is scheduled for tomorrow aiming to reduce the number of locked zones reported at this time.

i've tried now from firefox and chrome, have uninstalled flash and reinstalled, have flushed cache with "ipconfig /flushdns" etc etc .... .stil no luck

ive had 4 server zone crashes this week ever sins the 1st 1 ive had double the amount of jens all of the extra ones are in building spaces so my normal jens carnt land and this has been on prem all week 1st crash was on a blt 2nd on another blt 3rd on a vlt and 4th i wasnt even logged in a freind buffed me and it crashed then
