Generals stuck at transferring

I was in the middle of Valiant little tailor, when maintenance started. I was just moving my generals. Now my Grimm and two MMAs are stuck at transferring.. Cant do anything with them.
I sent a ticket. My guild mate had the same problem some time go, and it took weeks to get his back.
Please say, you have quicker solution now!
