Is the TSO server unstable at the moment?

I'm playing Newfoundland, the server was unreachable 1 hour ago, I got online and continued with my BLT adv. .... and suddenly, SLAM, loss of connection again, and 140 cannons are out of the window (cannot retract the attack, if the servers are unreachable).

I checked with http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ if the TSO site was down only for me, or if it was a general problem - and the report was, that it's a general problem.

So, can we have an "all clear" from BB, once the servers are running stable again?

I'm not too fond of the idea, of tossing out any more cannons in the middle of an adventure, due to connection issues at TSO's end :mad:

Anno went down also and as far as i am aware the servers are in Paris at ubisoft.

I had the same, server was unreachable and couldn't connect for quite a while, including the forum. Was approx 45 minutes before i got back in. Started at 3pm CET

Same here... also had some issues during the early hours (GMT) for the past two days.
(Funnily enough... it was around 3 o'clock this morning.)
Kinda hard to switch units in a colony mode attack when the servers go down just as the fight starts. :(

The issue has been solved (within 30 min), but our IT Team are still looking into things for now to make sure this does not happen again.
I understand it's frustrating and I will let you know if I get more details.

Please check if the error here (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/32490-Server-Shutdown) or any other of the 2 errors linked on that thread look familiar. Please make sure to also report the issue to support.
