Lost trade resources

I have had a trade expire, but the resources offered were not returned to the storehouse (it's not in the star menu either).

Reported, but has anyone else encountered this?

recently had grout not returned from expired trade for guild coins. Also looks like l lost guild coins in expired trades for grout too.


well I rechecked don't think I lost the guild coins but I completely lost 50 grout on expiration of trade

I have tried to sell a drill sergeant skunk but the trade expired and the drill sergeant skunk has gone missing!! not good as I would like to try to re-sell, any ideas??

I lost yesterday 30 000 coins from expired trade office offer. Already sent ticket to support.

Hi All,

I have an issue with Trade Office today. When I cancel an offer from Trade Office, Ressources are lost and don't go back to my storage space or my star menu.

I tried to log off, clear my browser cache memory but ressources are still lost.

Please, is there anyone else affected by this issue ?

I have been now reimbursed with ressources requested instead of ressources offered. So may be someone accepted my offer while I was cancelling it.
