Thank you BB! Got "Server busy.. Try again later" in the middle of an massive attack with my 2 MG. They must be retreated after the attack or they will continue to other camps and be destroyed. Can not load game again and retreat them!
cant get the game to load the screen comes up just wont finish loading

Could load the game twice but got "Server shutdown for maint..." when trying to load the adv :/
Feel the Easter coming... this is just a quiet Wednesday afternoon... guess how it will be next week... :)

Guys, just to clear things up, this is not a maintenance.
Newfoundland is down and this is being looked into as we speak.
no fair warning, think its gone pop again, must use a bigger fuse.

also got excluded to make comments on the FB page, there's only room for positive comments.
Since the announcement of no more maintenance these moments come totally unexpected and always on a wrong time.
Better bring back the regular maintenance. Then i knew when not to log on. :-(

Edit: hm online but no chat, and i need chat...
I was in game, then got kicked from the server because it was busy, I could not reconnect, after updating my Google Chrome on Arch Linux, I am now unable to use the chat server, as it unlocks at level 5, however, I am level 47? Before this I was also getting "Select an avatar" like I was a new account, however that has passed as the new bug stops me from using an entire feature, where as the selection of a new avatar box could just be shut.
Could you look into this?

Same. Got in but chat isn't connecting.
only showing then whisper and the news tab - and in text box showing 'Will be unlocked at level 5.'

The game is now loading as intended, but there are still issues with the chat server. We are still investigating.

The chat server seems to be working as intended, so you should be able to chat now.
Please post in here if you experience further issues.

i can log in but still have no chat? Says I must be level 5?

I need to go back 51 levels to unlock it

additionally I am having problems when picking up collectibles/sending out geos with it taking an absolute age to register that I have done so

just been kicked from server so was my wife same usual message plus when i was logged in i kept getting the hour glass when performing a action ie loading troops

Was all ok up to 1530G and chat came back up, but at 1530 was kicked off with Server Busy and then getting Server Busy on every attempt to get back in

The chat server is being shut down right now to apply a fix.
This time we meant to do that.

I know. We closed the chat servers on purpose this time to try out a fix to improve stability.
Updates are first posted on the homepage so keep an eye on that for more news.
The issue was fixed successfully and everything is now working as intended.

My gold mine just running without buff again cause they cant solve or fix one little problem. We are stupid that playing with it. Useless IT team working, hahahaha.

Whatever's been added lately should be removed. Put it back on Test server and test it properly this time!

It was slow to load the site, slow to login. Game wont load - "Server is busy".

Second day in a row that I cannot login during my lunchbreak! Unable to send out geos, explorers, take care of buffs etc. No sign of any compensation for yesterday's problem. Come on BB, this is not good enough!

Agree with Wu-L, i'm aware that technical issues are things that just happen, but this is taking really long now. I wouldn't mind playing without chat for a while.

Please try to go in game now as the chat servers have recently been restarted, and everything seems to be working as intended, but only BBs and MODs at the moment to test it to test it.

Did you try the usual? Clear cache and cookies, different browser?
If you have done all that and the chat is still unavailable, please send in a support ticket.
