If I have an adv in progress when the Easter event starrts, do I get eggs when it finishes?

U sure? they gave eggs last year if adv was still in progress at event start. Anyone else confirms they don't?

Unless I see an official post about it, I'm going to assume that nothing that starts (adventures, explorers, etc.) before the code is in place will not get any benefit. This might not be the case but it seems logical to me. Just like at the event end those already in progress should get event results (I know in the last event that didn't work for a while but it was acknowledged as a bug).

If there's any official word otherwise I'll send explorers before bed, but my current plan is to wait until morning.

There is a event quest to find x eggs from a treasure search, you want your explorers to be waiting ready to do that. Failure to do this could result in you possibly waiting days to continue that event quest chain.

yes they do so long as you finish after event starts, same principal as activating premium just before you finish an adventure.

All loot for an adventure is calculated at the time the adventure ends.

Using this information you can work all your way to the end of an adventure and just sit there and time the closing of it to maximise your loot.
This might be so that the loot includes event resources, or it might be so that it coincides with some premium time, or maybe both.
Either way it is when the adventure finishes.

Anyone who told you that it is possible to get event loot from adventures started within event time frame and finished outside of that time frame was lying to you.

This is not an official announcement - this is my observation from playing through over a dozen events.

I RTFed an adventure yesterday night so I will have quick eggies when the game comes back on. Did the same during halloween and it worked fine. The loot is calculated when you confirm the quest to finish adv I believe so I think it should work.

The loot is generated when adventure finishes so you're supposed to get eggs from any adv finishing after event start (regardless when the adventure was started).
This is what happened in all events until now.

I got rewards from explorer searches in the last event when i sent them out before to return after start, so hope it is the same this time.

I had two explorers start before the event and finish after, and they both had eggs so I know that works.

No eggs as lot from "Surprise Attack". I had compleated adventure twice after start of event....

Yup, 3 possible drops, one is 0.
So you may not get them each time.
