The "Log in with facebook" option is missing from the front page and from all the additional log in options and I cannot access my account. I also cannot access the support tool without logging in. I managed to have a new password sent to me to enter the forums but using this password doesn't allow me into any other pages. Asking for a new password elsewhere only results in the site telling me I don't need one. I have tried exiting and refreshing the pages and repeatedly switching on and off add-ons like Ghostery or Ad-block, plus tried other things suggested in "HOWTO", all with no effect. TSO seems to be the only site with this problem.

I am 90% sure this is a problem at my end but in the case it is not or in the case you can help me solve it, I would like to ask if there is an additional method to properly enter my account or if there is something I could try to do about this issue that I have overlooked?

i've been trying to log in to my account too, but i am stuck on the login message, before you click the green tick. I.e. window with easter has arrived, details below, yellow message about intrepid explorer, and the 4 buttons with for the premium, green tick, question mark and feather quill thingy (?). cookies and cache have been cleared.
it's almost like it's frozen but everything else in my browser works (e.g. other websites etc) sorry in advance, i am not very techie...

I don't use FB to login but I can see the blue F-login button at the top right corner of http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/homepage. Have tried different browser (Firefox or Chrome). It sounds like some extension you have in your browser (ad-blockers, etc.) is blocking the F-login. Disable all extension and try again.
