Not announced change ? buff kill no more woking for camps being under attack?

I think the subject it clear ?

I'm trying to see If i can apply a kill buff to camps that I'm attacking, I tried to do this in Woodcutter, nd thief, and 3rd thief, even my home land that still have some elites camps, and finally inside Tikki Island, i was unable to make any buff kill of any kind on any camp that I'm targeting with attack, even if the attack not started yet but general walking to it.

First i thought its a bug here (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/33153-You-can-t-use-buff-kill-during-battle-or-you-can-t-retreat-in-woodcutter), but now I think its change that not announced?

I'm trying to figure out this from last week, and seems you can't no more use this buff kill !!??
Why! what the idea? Its really bad change ! and the worst i don't see any things announced for this !!!

Would you not be better off analysing why your attacks are failing in the first place ?

there is no fail except 1 time that was in woodcutter and was because wrong garrison, so wanted to try fix that with buff kill but failed (failed here means the camp not lighted, and buff was unable to place to that camp) and lost 350 MS and 30 AM, but from that time I'm trying just to test killing camp after I attack them, just want to confirm that this is changed, and i confirm this from my side, i tried to do buff kill in 3 Ali Adventures, in my home land, and in tikki .
