avatar skin colour

Just wondering why there are only white skinned avatars available. I know
some players are coloured and two of them felt insulted when they couldn't
choose another skin colour. Therefore my suggestion to create some different
skin coloured avatars. (and give players the chance to change it)

I just wonder why i cannot change my avatar to a woman.. really not happy with being an old bearded man :(
