provision house buff

What i would like to see opportunity to make provision house buff. At the moment we can make biffs for every building possible except provision house. BB pls consider adding one ;)

They have the chocolate rabbit that does this but is only available to get around Easter which is silly.

Choco rabbit can also drop from VLT and other Tailors (2% drop according to wiki).

I don't see a problem - plenty of useful buffs around - OPEN YOUR EYES
