What am I missing? When I go to the shop I don't see any 'special package'. I'm not in the shop a lot so I can't say I had every number memorized, but nothing is there that is labeled in any special way.

It's in the place of the starter pack right now, so it might not be available if you bought it already. I haven't bought the starter pack, but it's obviously not available while this offer is active.

It must not be - we can't see it in New Zealand.
A little unfair I think since it is on the main screen for all players.

The 50% extra offer is pretty poor really, u can go to ebay or amazon and buy a starter pack for around £5, slightly more in euros and it has 4k gems in it, only the very rare 300% offer will beat that!
