Its for discussion, and hopefully it will be acceptable for suggestion, but i'm always was wonder, why the bakeries uses a lot of water?

When we make a bread in real life, we use really less water that the ratio of TSO, the water used in real life like 1:0.6 flour:water, but in TSO its 1:2 , kinda more than 240% more water

Here some real ratio for flour : water.

What you think, do you agree :D

Its just for discussion, for fun, and yes, I wish they fix that even I'm pretty sure it will be so hopeless for suggestion :)

On the other hand imagine how hard it would be to raise a army if you could only plant fields twice a year.

Obviously they are making a high quality sausage from only the finest cut of beef (which is why it's so expensive).
FWIW I noticed on the packaging once that it was marked they used 143% meat (that is 1,43 kg meat for 1 kg sausage, due to loss of eg water).

Was going to post the same thing. A bakery uses way more water for other stuff than simply putting into the bread.
