Kill buffs gone from star

For some strange reason all my kill buffs have vanished from star menu.

Was playing Ali the first thief this morning and they were still there.
Than did the first match for football event.
After that went back to another Ali and first thief.
Went to star to use arrows and the only buff left was the fairy light.
Just arrows there should be over 30 of.
But no.
Arrows, assassins and both catapults are all gone.

Anybody else has experienced something like that?

Yep It has happened to me too - arrows (x2), assassin and ranged support buff kills have all disappeared from my star after practice match addy.
Also missing 1 prem day :(

Please try the usual clear cache etc - including logging out for at least 20 minutes to alllow recalculation of your zone - and if they have not returned, contact support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support).

Wow am I glad I didn't start the practice match, 65 arrow, 42 assassin, 15 small cata all would of been gone, and 2 weeks to get them back, lol, not sure about that.

Hi...Do we have to send tickets if our buffs have vanished ? Only thing is I don't remember how many I had so if they ask for proof I am stuck :(

I don't think so on this occassion.


Fix: Buffs won't be removed when finishing or cancelling a football adventure such as “Practice Match”
Removed buffs will be restored in 1-2 weeks
Removed Recipes will be restored (the amount is always "1")
Football Event buffs were not removed at all
It will probably take one or two weeks to do so as we won’t roll back the whole backup. Extracting the information from the complete backup is very time consuming. First, we want you to receive a working football event version without any further losses.

Both the problems with buffs and with recipes have been announced as fixed. Has anyone played a football adventure after this announcement that can confirm that it has indeed been repaired?
