Why is it not everyone who has recieved an event voucher mail.

You need to be signed up for the newsletter to get the mail.

Can be set via the homepage > My Profile > Newsletter Setting.

i do not know if the run out of voucher codes, but i did not got either.

My wife and I have had problems before with vouchers - most often I would get one but she would not even though our active times are pretty much the same. After we double-checked her settings (newsletter settings for example) she is now getting them - we both did this most recent time. I think it's worthwhile to go into your settings and reset any contact/newsletter/etc. setting to make sure it's the way you want - that might make the program start noticing you again.
